Issue
If you are experiencing issues onboarding your locker, PC Locs or PC Locs support may ask you to generate and send diagnostic data to better understand the connection issues that may be preventing the locker from connecting to the PC Locs Cloud

Troubleshooting Steps
- If locker is on firmware versions earlier than 2.7.1, then we recommend applying a manual firmware update on the locker (see article)
- If internetPing is "true," registryDomainResolvedIps is blank, and isRegistryDomainAvailable field is showing "false," then the locker may be having issues establishing an initial handshake with the registry. Following the troubleshooting steps in this article to review network configuration settings and/or alternative onboarding methods
