New Feature: Unplugged Loan Device Alerts
With FUYL Pro (USB-C) and FUYL 23/8, any loaner that is returned unplugged (or not returned at all!) is automatically marked as 'unavailable,' preventing further loans. Admins receive a notification listing the device, tower, and user, allowing them to check the bay, plug in the device and educate the user as needed. This ensures more ready to go devices and total accountability.
This feature works exclusively with FUYL Pro (USB-C) and FUYL 23/8. To enable this feature simply edit your loan workflow and turn on 'make device unavailable if unplugged'.

New Feature: Dynamic Bay Allocation
Dynamic bays automatically allocate locker space across loan, deployments and repair workflows. Instead of locking a bay to a single workflow, bays are now shared between workflows. For example, if a loan device is checked out during a repair drop-off, that bay can be reused for repair drop-offs or additional loaners. This effectively doubles smart locker capacity without requiring extra hardware, while maintaining safe, simple, and accountable device handoffs.
This feature is enabled for all accounts.
